The body painted in the painting workshop is transferred to the upper part waiting station of the interior assembly line in the general assembly workshop, and lifted to the upper part station of the interior assembly line by the upper part KBK lifting device. After the assembly of the interior trim line is completed, the workpiece runs to the transfer station and is automatically transferred to the chassis line by the elevator. After chassis assembly is finished, the whole vehicle is transported to the transfer point of the lower part after going uphill and passing through the channel under the traction of the process chain, and then descends to the general assembly line through the elevator, and the empty spreader is sent to the upper part of the interior trim or the repair area of the spreader by the traction chain of the body rapid conveying line. The vehicle goes off the assembly line after completing relevant process operations.
Parts are transported online by the upper KBK light suspension crane, assembled on the engine, gearbox and rear axle sub-assembly line, and transported to the trolley of the engine, gearbox and rear axle assembly line by the lower KBK light suspension crane. The trolley transports the parts assembly to the lower part of the vehicle body for inspection and positioning, and makes the parts assembly reach the installation position with the vehicle body by lifting the trolley. After the parts are assembled with the vehicle body, the trolley lifting platform descends and the trolley returns to the joint station. A fixed subpackaging area is set for instrument panel subpackaging, which is manually transported to the assembly point.
