Double-speed chain assembly line is a production line that uses continuous or intermittent movement to transport various light and heavy goods, which is widely used in product assembly, testing, debugging, packaging and transportation of electrical appliances, electromechanical equipment, processing machinery and other industries. Double-speed chain assembly line can save the time of transporting products back and forth manually, so as to save labor and improve work efficiency.

The double-speed chain assembly line consists of five parts: feed differential chain, return empty plate differential chain, five lifting and moving mechanisms, six power roller tables and a tooling plate. The conveying part of the double-speed chain assembly line: the differential chain of the inlet and return plates drives the tooling plate to run through friction. After the jacking and load transfer tooling plates of the double-speed chain assembly line are in place, the jacking oil cylinders of N o.1, No.2 and No.3 jacking and load transfer mechanisms on the feed differential chain will automatically rise, and when they are in place, the load transfer motor will automatically change its direction according to the operating instructions. In the power roller conveying part of the double-speed chain assembly line, when each station receives or delivers goods, the power roller will automatically change its direction according to the operation instruction.

After all systems of the double-speed chain assembly line are fully checked and confirmed to be correct, first carry out no-load commissioning, after all faults are eliminated, carry out no-load commissioning for 10-20 hours, and finally carry out load commissioning. Whether the gear teeth of driving sprocket and tail wheel of double speed chain assembly line and traction chain work under normal meshing condition. If there is a big difference, the bearing seat bolts of the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket can be turned to slightly adjust the centerline positions of the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket.

 

Adjust the tensioning device of double-speed chain assembly line to make the initial tension balance of both traction chains moderate, and when the initial tension is too large, the power consumption will increase; If it is too small, it will affect the normal engagement between sprocket and traction chain and increase the instability in operation. Double speed chain assembly line checks whether all running rollers rotate flexibly. In case of rail clamping and sliding, replace or troubleshoot immediately. In the running process of double speed chain assembly line, if all moving parts are stuck and forced to bear mechanical friction, they should be eliminated immediately.


When operating the double-speed chain assembly line, the operator should make every effort to feed evenly. The maximum feeding block should be controlled within the specified range. It is not suitable to stop and start when full load is applied, and it is not allowed to drive or reverse. The bolt connection between the bottom plate of the double-speed chain assembly trough and the chain plate should be checked regularly, and any looseness found should be handled in time. The tightness of traction chain of double speed chain assembly line should be suitable for tightness. During operation, check frequently, and if necessary, adjust the adjusting screw of the tensioner. The reducer of double-speed chain assembly line must be replaced with new lubricating oil 7-14 days after it starts running, and can be replaced once every 3-6 months according to the situation.
