Tension mechanism of double-speed chain assembly line
The double-speed chain needs to set proper tension in the working process, which is similar to the common chain drive, otherwise the double-speed chain and the channel sprocket can't engage well. In order to simplify the structure of the double-speed chain assembly line, the driving shaft of the double-speed chain driving sprocket is generally designed to be in a fixed position, while the axle of the driven sprocket is designed to be adjustable, and the position of the driven sprocket and the tension force of the double-speed chain can be adjusted according to the needs. This method is also adopted for the belt tension in the belt conveying line and the chain tension in the common chain drive system, which has the simplest structure.
Rotary guide seat of double-speed chain assembly line
Double-speed chain conveyor line is a structure similar to belt conveyor system. The chain forms a closed cycle from top to bottom. The upper section transports materials, which is called bearing section, and the lower section is used for chain circulation, which is called return section. In order to make full use of the space, the distance between the upper and lower end guide rails is smaller than the diameter of the driving sprocket, which makes the chain jam easily when the double-speed chain enters the return section guide rail from the driving sprocket or the driven sprocket from the return section guide rail, which affects the normal transmission operation. In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to add a rotary guide seat to the above two places, so that the chain can smoothly enter and exit the sprocket along the rotary guide seat.
