(4) In the design of auto production line, various environmental impacts that may be encountered in the whole life cycle of products can be found out, such as impact and vibration during assembly, transportation and shooting, drop-in, drop-out, bacteria spreading during storage, and climate, dust and vibration during Sichuan. Therefore, we must carefully choose the design scheme and take necessary protective measures to reduce or eliminate the harmful effects on the environment.
Specifically, we can understand and control the environment, not only the working environment and maintenance environment of the product, but also understand that both single environment and combined environment must be considered in the process of product design and experiment, which refers to the natural environment where the installation is located. When conditions permit, we should create a good working environment for the designed parts in a small range, or artificially change the environmental factors that are unfavorable to the reliability of the product. Adapting to the environment means taking measures in design scheme, material selection, surface treatment, coating protection, etc. when all environmental conditions cannot be controlled artificially, so as to improve the environmental resistance of mechanical parts.
