When the friction wheel rotates, there will be enough friction to drive the conveying trolley to move forward, so as to realize the conveying of various parts between different stations. The motor power of each driving station on the friction line is very small. Only when the trolley arrives, the motor of each driving station will rotate and work under the decentralized centralized control of the system. When the trolley leaves the driving station, the driving motor will stop rotating. This working mode can save energy, improve the utilization rate of resources and prolong the service life of equipment to a great extent. However, the traditional automobile production line adopts a push rod chain conveyor line, which uses a high-power drive motor to drive the chain continuously to achieve the purpose of conveying automobile parts. In the transportation, storage and queuing sections, the stacking chain transportation line uses the fast transportation chain, and takes the trolley or spreader as the carrier, so the transportation efficiency is low. At the same time, the applicability and flexibility of the spreader are poor, so it can't be widely used in multi-vehicle transportation process, and its work efficiency is low. It needs to be cleaned frequently, which affects the enthusiasm of employees and reduces the production efficiency.


Roller bed or chain conveyor is usually used in conveying, storage and queuing sections of skid-type conveying lines, and skid is mainly used as the main transportation carrier, so the transportation efficiency is relatively higher than that of stacking chain conveying lines. In the actual working process, the empty skid operates in the form of stacking, which helps to reduce the impact of inventory on the delivery of goods. The skid runs smoothly, and the accuracy of positioning and switching is greatly improved. The skid-type stacking chain does not need lubrication during operation, which reduces the environmental pollution of oil stains to the production workshop, and does not produce noise at the same time, enabling employees to work more attentively. In addition, compared with the traditional stacking chain, the chain of skid stacking chain is not easy to wear during working. However, it still needs to be maintained every 1 ~ 2 years. Although skid-type conveyor chain has great advantages in the working process, its manufacturing cost is high, and it is difficult to be widely popularized in automobile manufacturers.


Friction transmission line usually adopts friction transmission drive mechanism in the transmission, storage and queuing sections, and mainly uses trolley and trolley as the main transport carriers, which has high transport efficiency. In the actual working process, the trolley can bear part of the shaking amount. Compared with the traditional suspension chain conveying mode, its running process is more stable, and the precision of positioning function and switching function is higher.
