Group assembly line: Several finished products fixed on the assembly line are not produced in batches in turn, but are produced simultaneously or sequentially within a certain time. It is basically unnecessary to readjust equipment and process equipment when changing varieties. Mixed production line: it is to plan the activities of producing multiple varieties simultaneously on the production line, and uniformly mixing and transporting all varieties, and to organize the inter-phase production. As usual, it is often used for production in plant stage.
Number of production objects: single product line and multi-product line. Single-product assembly line: also known as constant assembly line, it means that only one finished product is fixed on the assembly line. The quantity of finished products is required to be large enough to ensure that the equipment on the assembly line has sufficient load. Multi-product assembly line: more than two kinds of finished products with similar structure and process are organized into one assembly line for production.
